Active ingredients
- Amylase - ensures the conversion of starch into simpler sugars, but also the digestion of proteins and fats, is one of the most important enzymes
- Protease - proteolytic enzyme that cleaves proteins
- Glucoamylase - breaks down more complex long-chain sugars into simpler sugars
- Lipase - breaks down fats into glycerol and fatty acids
- Lactase - breaks down milk sugar (lactase) into simpler sugars - glucose and galactose
- Alpha-galactosidase - provides cleavage of oligosaccharides and fermented carbohydrates
- Cellulase - breaks down cellulose and some related polysaccharides
- Maltase - breaks down maltose (malt sugar) into simple glucose
- Invertase - breaks down sucrose into glucose and fructose
- Xylanase - breaks down xylan, a specific type of cellulose
- Phytase - breaks down phytic acid, an undesirable substance present in cereals, which together with other substances (e.g. metals), form indigestible compounds
- Beta-glucanase - a group of enzymes that cleave beta-glucans, substances whose properties are related to, among other things, immunity, also has properties related to viscosity and peristalsis

Recommended dosage
Take 1-4 capsules daily. Take before meals, with a small amount of water.
