Puhdistamo MCT Oil
They have twice the energy value of carbohydrates, but are used by the body in a different way than traditional fats - they are used as fuel for the muscles and brain, but are not stored in the tissues. Puhdistamo MCT oil contains 60% caprylic acid (C8) = source of very fast energy, and 40% capric acid = source of medium fast energy + vitality support.
