The powerful KM 1197 food processor from ProfiCook is equipped with a professional, long-lasting motor with 1,200 W of power. Apart from the high quality and powerful engine, it is equipped with a special robust gearbox. The solid body of the food processor is made of cast aluminium and together with the suction cups contribute to high stability. The robot will not move around on the worktop while working. The advantage over commercially available robots is the electronic speed control depending on the load. This means that the speed is constant at low and high loads. The speeds are set on an illuminated rotary knob. A useful feature is the slow start, which finds its use when mixing.
