The structurally improved Debut III turntable is a great tool for novice audiophiles who want to play vinyl records. As an enhanced version of the classic Debut turntable, it features tronger tonearm with top-notch bearings. Instead of the hedshell being designed as a plastic attachment, it comes directly on the arm. As a result, it's able to better suppress unwanted noise. All you'll hear is a perfect distortion-free recording.
It uses a quiet synchronous motor mounted over sorbothane dampers that uses a silicone strap to drive the platter. Due to its advanced design, any undesirable resonance is effectively transferred to the base arm and then into the chassis. Therefore, the main part of the chassis is made of a lightweight but very rigid chipboard. The turntable is supplied with an Ortofon OM5E cartridge, so you can just plug into an appropriate system with a preamplifier and listen in excellent quality.
