PremiumCord HDMI KVM extender to 150m via one Cat5e/Cat6 cable, FULL HD 1080p

The PremiumCord HDMI KVM extender lets you transmit a signal over a distance of up to 150 metres. A single Cat5e, Cat6 or Cat7 network cable connects the transmitter and receiver units. The device also transmits a USB signal for a keyboard and mouse and supports resolutions up to Full HD 1080p. In addition to video and USB, it also transmits an infrared (IR) signal for remote control. The metal body of both units increases their durability and the set includes everything you need for connection.

Long-distance signal transmission

The extender ensures the transmission of video, audio and control signals over a distance of up to 150 metres. All you need to link the transmitter and receiver units is a single LAN cable of category Cat5e or higher. In addition to a 1080p HDMI signal, the device also transmits USB 2.0, which lets you remotely control your computer with a keyboard and mouse. For correct operation, a direct connection between the two units is necessary; the extender cannot be connected to an active computer network via a switch or router.

Full HD support and technical specifications

The extender supports a maximum resolution of 1080p and is backward compatible with lower standards such as 720p, 576p or 480p. It works with the HDMI 1.3 standard and a bandwidth of 148.5MHz, enabling data transfer up to 1Gbps. The device processes video in 8-bit YCbYCr/RGB format and the uncompressed LPCM audio format. The supported length of input and output HDMI cables is up to 10 metres when using an AWG26 cable.

Durable design and easy installation

Both units, the transmitter and receiver, have a durable metal body that protects them from mechanical damage. LED indicators show the connection and power status. Installation requires no software or drivers – just connect the cables and power adaptors. The set includes a transmitter unit (TX), a receiver unit (RX), and two 5V power adaptors. The device's operating temperature ranges from 0°C to 45°C.
