Delivery to the branch is free if you have an active service AlzaPlus+, if you do not have the service, you will pay 1,85 € for delivery.

Yes, we accept complaints at the branch and will be happy to help you replace non-functional goods. You can file a complaint online here or directly at the branch via a self-service kiosk. Don' t forget to bring your proof of purchase or order number with you.
