Directional antenna Poynting XPOL-2-5G with cross-polarization is the optimal solution for 4G/5G reception and backward compatible with LTE/2G/3G in areas with weak signal. Two integrated 2 MIMO antennas with opposite polarization support diversity of reception and thus ensure a quality signal. Compared to the previous generation, this antenna has a redesigned inner part for even higher efficiency. In addition to the new bands, the gain at 1700 MHz and 2.7 GHz is approximately 3 dB higher than the previous generation. Antenna Poynting XPOL-2-5G is supplied with double low-loss cable HDF-195 of 5 m length terminated with 2× SMA-m connector. The SMA connector used is commonly used in a wide range of routers. To maximize signal quality and minimize potential transients, the antenna does not use connectors and the cable is connected directly.

Antennas with cross polarization are more advantageous than two single antennas placed separately (easier handling, less space requirements) and with a sufficiently high level of isolation of both antenna ports it is a really powerful solution. The manufacturer Poynting uses its proven manufacturing technology and both internal antennas are sufficiently independent (which in many cases is more important than the declared gain).
