The PowerUp 3.0 Smart Paper Swallowdrone is every boy's dream come true. The Swallow is transformed into a motorised aeroplane that is easily controlled by a smartphone via Bluetooth with a range of up to 55m. The carbon body of the Swallow allows for countless emergency landings that may not be so smooth.
The Swallow has a very lightweight and sturdy construction compared to conventional RC models. The smart module itself consists of a motor and a battery and it is hidden in a sturdy carbon housing that is clamped down with latches. The module is coupled with a shaft connected to the propeller and a rudder which drives and controls the plane.

Create new shapes and become the designer of your own aeroplane
There are 4 sheets of waterproof paper with pre-printed swallow designs included but you don't need to always follow this design and you can assemble your own aeroplane. In order to do this, you just need a sheet of classic white A4 paper with a weight of 80-100g.
How does it work?
Simply attach the PowerUp 3.0 smart module on to the swallow, pair it with Bluetooth on any iOS or Android-powered mobile phone and access the pre-installed PowerUp 3.0 application.
As you begin to learn how to fly, we recommend flying only in open areas with plenty of space and a minimum amount of people, animals and obstacles. Of course, it is also good to avoid wind and rain.
Simple intuitive operation
With the smart application, you have a view as if you were sitting in the cockpit of the airplane. On the display is a beautiful view that includes throttle and cockpit instrumentation. Controlling the plane is very easy and intuitive and you can manage it with just one hand. The altitude of the airplane is controlled by a throttle lever and the direction of flight is changed by tilting the phone to the left or right. The FlightAssistapplication, which corrects flight fluctuations, can be quite helpful while flying.
Quick charging
Like most electronic products, including the Swallow, the battery pack doesn't last forever. So it is necessary to charge it at times using the micro USB cable. Charging only takes about 30 min and allows for 10 min of flying. LED lights notify you about all of this information.
