Recommended Dosage
1 heaping tablespoon (15g) daily.
How to dissolve perfectly:
First, pour the daily dose of powder into a glass. Add a little water and mix the powder thoroughly. If you want a more sour drink, add lemon juice. Top up with water as needed.
