Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)
Contributes to the normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin D contributes to normal blood calcium levels and normal bone health. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function, the condition of teeth, supports the function of the immune system and participates in the process of cell division.
Vitamin D - recommended and safe doses
- Children 3 to 10 years - 50 μ g/2000 I. U.
- Children 11 to 17 years - 100 μg/4000 I. U.
- Adults - 100 μg/4000 I. U.
- Pregnant and lactating women - 100 μg/4000 I. U.

Recommended dosage
