Dosing:
1 capsule 3 times a day. Wash down with plenty of water.
In a daily dose (3 capsules):
Magnesium bisglycinate (magnesium) 375 mg 100 %*, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 1.4 mg 100 %*, %*reference intake values
