Collagen Femin enriched with vitamins (A, B3, B5, B9, C, D, D-Biotin) and trace elements (selenium, zinc, silicon). D-Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin condition. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal nails. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen production for normal skin function. Selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair condition.

Recommended dosage
3 capsules per day, with sufficient liquid. We recommend taking one capsule in the morning or three times a day.
