Versele Laga Complete Cavia is a balanced food designed specifically for the needs of guinea pigs. It contains 100% extruded pellets that are well digestible and ensure an even intake of all nutrients. The food is enriched with long pieces of fibre with a high silicate content, whichnaturally supports tooth abrasion and healthy digestion. The formulation also includes at least 10% fresh vegetables to ensure an attractive taste and high edibility. Thanks to its low starch content and high fibre content, the food helps maintain ideal body weight and ensures easy digestibility.

Strengthening of immunity, coat and overall condition

The diet is supplemented with important vitamins A, D3, E and C, with the stabilised form of vitamin C being crucial for guinea pigs that cannot make it themselves. The food also contains prebiotics FOS and MOS, which positively affect the intestinal microflora. Natural antioxidants such as lutein and beta-carotene support the immune system and immunity. For a healthy coat and skin, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids from flaxseed and vegetable oils are added. Special fibre helps prevent the formation of hair mats, while yucca extract effectively reduces unpleasant odours from faeces.

Dosing:
Depending on the size, breed and age of the guinea pig, the recommended daily dose is between 35 and 50 g.
