The Rukka Subrima overall protects medium-sized dogs in cold and changeable weather. It is made from a breathable and insulated material, which is a blend of polyester and elastane. It fastens with a zip and the design includes an opening for the tail. Reflective elements increase the dog's visibility in low-light conditions. The size of the garment corresponds to a back length of 50cm, a maximum chest circumference of 67cm, and a neck circumference of 55cm.

Functional material and fit

The material of the overall combines polyester with elastane, which gives it both flexibility and thermal insulation. The fabric is breathable, helping to wick moisture away from the dog's body. The fit is designed to not restrict movement and is easy to put on thanks to the practical zip fastening. The overall also has an integrated opening that allows the dog to move its tail freely. The overall design is suitable for use from autumn through to spring.

The correct size is determined by the dog's measurements, taken while it is standing in a natural position. The back length is measured from the withers, the highest point of the back between the shoulder blades, to the base of the tail. The chest circumference is measured at its widest part, usually just behind the front legs. It is a good idea to add a small margin to the measured values to ensure the overall does not constrict the dog anywhere. The garment must not be too tight, restrictive, or unnecessarily loose.
