Royal Canin VD Dog cons. Renal 410 g
Royal Canin VD Dog Renal is a complete dietary food for dogs that supports renal function in case of chronic or acute renal insufficiency, due to its low phosphorus content and reduced protein content, which are, however, of high quality. A diet rich in fish oil (a source of EPA/DHA) significantly supports glomerular filtration performance in the long term while minimizing the manifestations of glomerulosclerosis. Uremia is a risk factor for gastric ulcers and intestinal mucosal ulcers. Zeolite forms a protective film on the surface of the mucous membrane of the digestive tract and contributes to the absorption of toxic substances. Fructo-oligo-saccharides stimulate the growth of beneficial flora. A synergistic complex of antioxidants (vitamins E and C, taurine and lutein) reduces the degradation of cellular DNA, boosts immunity and slows the signs of aging. In chronic renal insufficiency (CRI), the kidneys can no longer process phosphorus properly. Reducing the phosphorus content is a necessary measure against the progression of renal insufficiency.
