INVITAL Dragon stone decorative stones, also known as Ohko stone, are select fragments of argillaceous rock for modern aquascaping. Thanks to their specific, heavily eroded surface with numerous cavities, they resemble dragon scales. This is a chemically inert argillaceous rock that does not affect the water's hardness or its pH level. This makes it suitable for demanding tanks with soft water, carpeting plants, or sensitive shrimp species. This pack contains small pieces for adding finishing details.

Zero impact on water parameters

Dragon stone decoration is completely chemically inert. Unlike many other textured rocks, it does not increase water hardness or change its pH at all. You will particularly appreciate this when growing demanding aquarium plants or keeping sensitive shrimp species that require a stable environment with soft water. The stones are 100% safe for all freshwater fish, snails, and plants. It is a hardened argillaceous rock with no undesirable additives, making it suitable for even the most sensitive tanks.

Natural look and functional structure

The unique structure, full of depressions and cavities, faithfully mimics weathered rock formations. This makes the stones look very natural in the aquarium, creating the impression of an old, erosion-weathered landscape. In addition, the dense network of tiny caves and pockets offers plenty of hiding places for newborn shrimp, fry, and other small bottom-dwelling creatures. The rough and porous surface also serves as a substrate where aquarium mosses or epiphytic plants, such as Anubias and Bucephalandra, can easily take hold.

Elaborate details in aquascaping

This pack contains select fragments measuring 1–4cm, intended for precise finishing touches in aquascaping. You can use them to create fine details in the foreground of the tank, natural-looking scree fields, or to visually enhance the perspective of the entire layout. The stones are suitable for various styles, from Iwagumi to natural nano aquariums.
