The INVITAL DayNight LED light replaces outdated fluorescent tubes in your aquarium or serves as an additional light source. It's suitable for keeping community fish and growing less demanding aquatic plants in freshwater, nano, and planted aquariums. The combination of white and blue LED chips simulates a natural daily cycle, which ends by transitioning to a dim moonlight effect. Using the in-line controller, you can set the brightness to one of 10 levels and adjust the lighting duration. The body, made from durable plastic, eliminates the risk of breakage, and its IP68 rating protects it from moisture and even submersion in water.

Day cycle simulation with night light

The light combines white and blue LED chips that faithfully mimic natural light conditions. During the day, it provides bright white light, which supports the growth of common aquatic plants and enhances the colouration of your fish. After the set time has passed, the light automatically switches to night mode. In this mode, it creates a dim moonlight effect that doesn't disturb fish or other creatures during their rest, while letting you observe life in the tank even after dark.

Automatic timer and brightness control

You can control all functions using the intuitive controller located directly on the power cable. It lets you select one of ten light intensity levels to suit your aquarium's needs. The controller also includes a timer for 8, 10, or 12 hours of lighting. Once the selected time has elapsed, the light will automatically switch to night mode and then return to day mode at the same time the following day. The intensity of the night light can be adjusted separately or turned off completely.

Waterproof and safe design

The body of the tube is made from highly transparent and durable plastic. Unlike glass fluorescent tubes, there's no risk of it shattering into sharp fragments during careless handling or if dropped. Thanks to its full waterproof design with an IP68 rating, the light can easily handle constant water vapour condensation under the aquarium lid, as well as accidental submersion below the water's surface. Two clip-on holders with suction cups ensure easy attachment, allowing you to fix it to the glass or glue it to the inside of the lid.
