Before use, simply store Catit PIXI Ice Packs in the freezer overnight or until thoroughly frozen, which takes up to 12 hours at -4 to -24°C. Place the Catit PIXI cooling packs in the designated space under the dispenser tray. This keeps the food inside fresher and cooler for longer. When using ice packs, make sure you do not place the feeder on a heated floor.
