Bean oil is a source of GLA omega-6 unsaturated fatty acids with significant anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and anti-itching effects on the skin of allergic and hypersensitive individuals. Bean oil is the feed supplement of first choice for allergic itchy skin diseases. Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) metabolites have a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect with positive effects on skin health and coat quality.
