Feeding guide for Canagan dry cat food
Recommended feeding amounts are for guidance only; adjust the daily portion to suit your cat's age, activity, environment, and condition. You can introduce Canagan at weaning, mixed with water. Ensure your cat always has access to clean, fresh water. When introducing Canagan for the first time, transition gradually over one week:
Day 1: 25% Canagan + 75% previous food
Day 3: 50% Canagan + 50% previous food
Day 5: 75% Canagan + 25% previous food
Day 7: 100% Canagan
If your cat is overweight, reduce the food portion by 10%. If underweight, increase the portion by 10%. Continue until your cat reaches their ideal weight. Store the food in a cool, dry place.
