Precision focusing follows your creative intentions

The focus ring can also be used for control, allowing you to set key parameters, i.e. aperture and exposure compensation. A familiar sensation is evoked by the ability to change the direction of rotation of the ring. The lens also has a focus button that allows quick access to certain functions, such as hybrid zoom. Now you can manually focus even when zooming, which means more creative options - for example, smoothly shifting focus between subjects. The focus ring has both linear and non-linear modes. In non-linear mode, the focusing speed varies with the rotation speed, allowing for quick adjustments. In linear mode, focusing is performed at a constant speed selected by the user and allows precise mechanical control.
