The Olympus Tough is equipped with a double-glass protective lens, making it even easier to shoot in extreme conditions. The camera will catch sudden changes in temperature as the double glass successfully eliminates condensation and prevents fogging of the lens. The robust body is also equipped with a technology that effectively absorbs shocks and the camera resists a fall of 2.1m.

Mobile Application OI.Share and OI.Track

The built-in WiFi connection along with OI.Share allow you to wirelessly transfer images from your camera to your smartphone or tablet. The mobile phone can also be used as a remote control to operate the shutter, or you can easily set the camera's parameters remotely. Along with OI application, you can share pictures in your mobile phone with data from GPS, compass, manometer and thermometer.

4x Zoom Lens

With a 4x zoom lens and a 25-100mm focal length, you can shoot both a wide-angle bird's eye view and more distant objects with perfectly sharp details. Additionally, the new image sensor reduces noise in high ISO images that can be set up to a maximum of 12,800, so you can capture stunning images even with minimal lighting.

The TG-5 features a mature macro system with up to 7x magnification and 4 modes (Microscope, Microscope Control, Focus Bracketing and Focus Stacking). In Microscope mode, the camera captures subjects at a distance of only 1cm. In Microscope Control mode, you can change the magnification ratio to 44.4x using the zoom lever.
