- OMEGA-3 POLYUNSATURATED FATTY ACIDS - One capsule contains 250mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and 36mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). DHA and EPA are highly concentrated in the cells of the eye. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA.
- NATURAL CAROTENOID COMPLEX - One capsule contains 14mg of lutein and 1mg of zeaxanthin, making a total of 15mg of carotenoids, which are mainly concentrated in the macula – a small part of the retina responsible for central vision.
