Magneslife supplementation
Magnesium, or magnesium, plays an important role during various chemical reactions in the body and regulates over 300 different enzymes. It can be found naturally in foods such as dark chocolate, nuts, seeds, cereals, legumes and even the much-loved banana. Better absorption of magnesium is ensured by chelated and organic forms such as magnesium citrate. Recommended dosage
Magneslife:
For acute need, take 1 monodose (25 ml) daily. Shake before use. Once opened for immediate consumption. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Slight sediment is a natural characteristic of the product and is not detrimental.
Salt Caps:
Take 2 capsules before physical activity. For time-consuming exercise, take 1 capsule at intervals of 20-30 minutes. The maximum daily dose is 5 capsules. Wash down with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
