Nupreme Iron Chelate
60 capsules
Extremely easily absorbed iron in the form of chelate will replenish the necessary supplies efficiently, without straining your digestion. In a complex with other nutrients (C, B12, folic acid), without which your body can't do without during blood formation, it will bring back a healthy colour to your cheeks and banish chills and the feeling of eternal fatigue.
Inhale, exhale...
Oxygen, along with energy, is literally the fuel for our cells. What if its "distribution" is stuck in the body? Chills, especially from the feet and hands, pallor in the face, susceptibility to every cold and a tendency to get tired quickly are unmistakable signals from your body. It's time to boost the blood supply. Are you not a fan of a meat diet or have you even switched to a vegan diet? Then you surely know the basic lesson about possible missing nutrients. But even if you don't avoid meat, weaker blood formation may sound familiar. Especially if you are a woman of active age. Every month we let a certain volume of blood leave the body. And that is why we need to continuously re-create it.
Iron, vitamin B 12 and folic acid
- Iron, vitamin B12 and folic acid are a powerful trinity, without which the entire cycle of blood formation can not do without.
- Enough essential nutrients = smooth red blood cell production = flawless oxygenation of every cell in the body.
- Sounds logical, doesn't it? But sometimes it doesn't work that easily - there is a problem with iron supplementation. Not that it would be such a problem to find enough iron in plant foods. Even the issue of a doctor prescribing a high iron drug is not a problem.
- The main question is: how much of this iron can your body use? Iron from a plant-based diet or from a tablet can be a real challenge for our digestion. It's really nothing for the more sensitive digestion. Even the stomach of a healthy individual often feels like you swallowed stones after such a dose. And even if you don't feel any discomfort, only a small portion is really well absorbed.
- Today, fortunately, you don't have to look for old wives' advice, such as sticking nails in an apple at night. We can do it safer, more efficiently and more conveniently.
Why the chelate form?
- The chelated form of iron ensures that your digestion won't struggle. Simply released iron is immediately ready for easy and quick absorption.
- A sufficient dose of vitamin B12 will make sure that it is not used up and consumed by other parts of the body. Or that he doesn't fall victim to everyday stress, for example.
- Essential folic acid and vitamin C harmoniously complement the whole combination. Simply so that your body does not lack any of the necessary nutrients, even for a single day.
- And your body can finally start making new blood cells.
