Vitamin C is a water-soluble micronutrient that is well known for its positive effects on the immune system and protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C is also essential for collagen production and is therefore also important for skin, bone and joint health. This vitamin C is combined with rose of rosehip, which, thanks to its ability to support the natural defences and act as an antioxidant, has a synergistic effect with vitamin C. Citrus bioflavonoids, as the name suggests, they come from citrus fruits. They have antioxidant effects and are essential for the absorption of vitamin C, with which they also act synergistically in the body.
