L-Tyrosine
Tyrosine is a proteinogenic non-essential amino acid and has many derivatives in the body, including the neurotransmitters adrenaline, noradrenaline and dopamine or the very important hormone thyroxine, which is produced in the thyroid gland. Tyrosine supports resistance to stress and increases concentration and alertness. Tyrosine can be recommended to anyone with excessive mental and physical stress.

Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule once to three times a day, preferably between meals.
