L-Tryptophan
L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid that the body cannot make on its own and therefore must be taken from the diet. It is a natural precursor of serotonin - a substance known as the "feel-good hormone" that plays a key role in maintaining emotional balance, psychological well-being and cognitive function. Tryptophan also makes melatonin, which helps maintain healthy, natural and restful sleep.

Recommended dosage
Take 1-2 capsules 2 to 3 times daily on an empty stomach, last dose before bedtime, or as directed by your physician.
