Vitania snodar (also Ashwagandha or Withania somnifera) is an herb with a wide range of uses in traditional Indian Ayurvedic medicine. Ashwagandha is most commonly used as a tonic or adaptogen for its ability to help the body with stress. The herb also has several positive effects on health. It is primarily about supporting the normal function of the reproductive system, promoting vitality, mental health and sleep. Ayurveda also works with vitania snodar as an herb with rejuvenating effects. A herb with extensive use in traditional Indian Ayurveda medicine.

Dosage

1 vegetable capsule 2 to 3 times daily, or follow the instructions of a qualified healthcare practitioner.
