A dietary supplement designed to support fertility in both men and women. Contains two inositols: myo-inositol and d-chiro-inositol and the latest generation of biologically active folate, which, unlike ordinary folic acid, is immediately ready for its functions in the human body. It is therefore beneficial in all individuals and especially in those who have a lower ability to activate folic acid to its biologically effective form due to genetic variation in the MTHFR gene.

Low folate levels in pregnant women are a risk factor for neural tube defects in the developing fetus. Supplemental folate intake increases folate levels in pregnant women. A beneficial effect is obtained with a supplementary daily folate intake of 400 µg from at least one month before conception and up to three months after conception.
Active ingredients
- Folate is involved in cell division and also promotes the growth of germ tissues in pregnancy.
- Zinc in both men and women contributes to normal fertility and reproduction.
- Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
- Folate, folic acid and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism.
- Selenium and vitamin C contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- Vitamin D3 is involved in the process of cell division.
- Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
Ingredients
Myo-inositol; maltodextrin; acidity regulator: sodium bicarbonate; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); zinc gluconate; d-chiro-inositol; aroma; anti-caking agent: silica; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); active folate (glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrolistic acid); vitamin E (DL-α-tocopheryl acetate); selenium (L-seleno-methionine); vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol); vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin); folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid); sweetener: sucralose.
Recommended dosage
1-2 sachets per day for at least 3 months. After pregnancy, women should continue taking NosiFol Forte DuoActive throughout pregnancy.
Method of administration (instructions for use):
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in water or other liquid and drink.

Any day (regardless of menstrual cycle).
Initiation of use - mMen:
Any day.
