Omega-3 KIDS (150 ml) is a unique combination of natural fish oil with high EPA content, cod liver oil and extra virgin olive oil from organic farming (as an antioxidant). Extra virgin organic olive oil as an antioxidant

The olives are supplied by Rafael, our olive grower, who works according to organic farming regulations. We regularly visit his olive orchards, not only because it is a beautiful place, but also to maintain good relations and the best quality oil.

Omega-3 fatty acids are particularly "sensitive" and can be easily damaged. They must therefore be "protected" not only before consumption, but also in the body after consumption. That's why our Omega-3 Total oil contains 19% organic extra virgin olive oil, which acts as a natural and powerful antioxidant. Our olive oil has been specially selected for its powerful antioxidant properties.
We use extra virgin organic olive oil with a high content of polyphenols, known for its antioxidant properties. It is the high proportion of polyphenols in olive oil that protects omega-3 fatty acids from oxidation. A unique property of olive oil rich in polyphenols is that it causes a slight tingling sensation in the throat when consumed.

Recommended dosage

The daily dose varies depending on the child's body weight:
Up to 9 kg:
2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) every 2 days; contains 512 mg of omega-3 fatty acids.
17 kg:
2.5 ml per day (1/2 teaspoon); contains 515 mg of omega-3 fatty acids.
35 kg:
5 ml per day (1 teaspoon); contains 1030 mg of omega-3 fatty acids. The recommendations for consumption apply from the introduction of complementary foods. For breastfed babies, supplementation of omega-3 fatty acids through the mother is recommended.

Notice

Keep the product out of reach of small children. Omega-3 oil should not be heated or used for cooking. Store in a cool place and protect from direct sunlight.

Storage

Store the unopened bottle in a cool, dry place and protect from direct sunlight. At temperatures below 4° C, crystals may occur in the oil. These will melt after a few minutes if left at room temperature. We recommend shaking the bottle briefly before use. Keep out of reach of small children. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use within 45 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
