Ultimate Omega 2X is the most potent omega-3 concentrate in the Nordic Naturals portfolio. The oil from wild-caught anchovies, sardines, mackerel, and herring is in its natural triglyceride form, which the body absorbs better than cheaper ethyl esters. One daily dose (2 softgels) provides 2,150mg of omega-3, including 1,125mg of EPA and 875mg of DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, while DHA also supports normal brain function and vision. A subtle lemon flavour suppresses any fishy aftertaste. Ingredients
