Nikkor 300mm F4D AF-S IF-ED
With a wide aperture of f/4.0 and a clear viewfinder, this lens enables you to capture exceptional images even when shooting in low light. Using the buttons on the lens body, you can activate focus lock, autofocus, and set exposure after the subject is in the focal plane - resulting in lightning-fast, highly efficient silent focusing (SWM). With one "Super ED" optical glass element and three "ED" glass elements (optical glass with Extra-low Dispersion), the lens minimises visual defects, resulting in high-contrast, high-resolution images while maintaining a minimal mechanical lens length.

At first, the company mainly produced lenses - telescopes, binoculars, microscopes and other small, optical equipment. Soon the company expanded its portfolio, producing photographic lenses under the Nikkor brand. In the field of cameras, particularly among professionals, Nikon quickly gained a reputation as a top manufacturer, which continues today. Its cameras were even included in the equipment of American spacecraft. Nikon designed and produced the legendary Nikon SP 1957, regarded by many as the best camera of all time.
