Use
Insert one centimeter of the narrower part of the candle into the Luxa applicator. Make sure the second Luxa applicator is not inside the candle. Insert the Naturprodukt candle into the protective disc (silver side up) just below the flame arresting ring. Light the wider end of the candle. Place your head on the table, gently insert the candle with the Luxa applicator into your ear, while still holding it upright. When the flame has burned down to the flame-stop ring, end the treatment and extinguish the Naturprodukt candle in a glass of water. Repeat the procedure in the other ear. White steam can come out of the bottom of the candle. This is a normal phenomenon. If steam appears, gently reposition the candle in the ear.
