The nanoSPACE anti-allergy mattress cover provides perfect protection for allergy sufferers. Featuring a nanofibre membrane with 80nm pores, it stops dust mites and their allergens from passing through. The cover is fully breathable. This zipped mattress protector encloses the entire mattress and is easy to put on. The material is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, which guarantees that it is safe and non-hazardous to health.

Effective mechanical barrier

The cover material contains a nanofibre membrane. This membrane has 80nm pores, which are significantly smaller than the dust mites themselves or their allergens. It acts as an impenetrable mechanical barrier, preventing microorganisms from entering the bed and settling in the mattress. This protection is purely physical, without the use of any chemicals. Despite the high density of the fibres, the material remains breathable and does not compromise sleep comfort.

Proven effectiveness and safety

Several accredited laboratories have verified the functionality and effectiveness of the nanotextile, including the Textile Testing Institute in Brno, the Technical University of Liberec, and the National Institute of Public Health in Prague. The tests confirm a high capture rate of microorganisms and dust particles. The cover also carries the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification, which guarantees that the product contains no harmful substances and is safe for direct skin contact.

Maintenance for a long lifespan

To maintain the performance of the nanofibre membrane, we recommend regular washing at 40°C. In case of heavy soiling, you can wash the cover at 60°C as a one-off. Use laundry gels or powders without chlorine and phosphorus, and completely avoid fabric softener, which could clog the pores in the nanotextile. Tumble drying is not recommended. Proper care ensures the long-term effectiveness and lifespan of the protective cover.
