The MyKidney recipe comes loosely from the You Gui Wan blend with an emphasis on replenishing the Qi of the kidneys and lungs. The basic indication is fatigue, shortness of breath, cold sensations, frequent urination or weakness in the hips and knees. The state corresponds to the image of the emptiness of the Qi of the Kidney and Lung and the emptiness of the Yin and Yang of the Kidney. The most common group are athletes and overworkers, with insufficient recovery. It is also suitable for fertility disorders and reduced sexual desire. The mixture does not contain drainage herbs. Recommended dosage

1-3 capsules 2 times a day
Increased dose:
3-10 capsules per day
It is advisable to consult a doctor or practitioner of Chinese medicine. Take the capsules on an empty stomach (min. 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal), with water or weak green tea. It is recommended to take it 5 days a week and skip 2 days.
