Combination of herbs and mushrooms for overall immune system strengthening. The defensive Qi is as strong as the regular Qi (Zheng Qi). If the Zheng Qi is weakened, almost nothing is available for defense and our body becomes open to the invasion of external pollutants. To quickly strengthen the defensive Qi, we have modified the Si Ge Mo Gu San (MycoComplex) blend. Each of the mushrooms contained supports the defensive Qi in a slightly different way. Together they affect all four layers of Qi. Agaricus - layer of defense, Cordyceps - layer of Qi, Shiitake - layer of nutrition, Reishi - layer of blood. In combination with valerian, they further support and strengthen the defence layer. Echinacea and Acerola enhance the effect of vital mushrooms. It is advisable to use the mixture in weakened children before starting kindergarten/school, ideally 1 month before the arrival of the autumn season of respiratory diseases. Ren Shen contributes to vitality, immunity and adaptation. Dang Gui to refresh the body.

Recommended dosage

It is advisable to consult a doctor or practitioner of Chinese medicine. Take the capsules on an empty stomach (min. 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal), with water or weak green tea. It is recommended to take it 5 days a week and skip 2 days.
