It is based on the recipe of traditional Chinese medicine Ling Shui Mian San. The combination of the vital Reishi mushroom and the Chinese herb jujube supports sleep and harmonizes the psyche.
Active ingredients
- Reishi has the function of An shen in traditional Chinese medicine, which translates to "calm the spirit". Reishi is used in the form of finely ground powder, which is essential for this function. Acts on the immune system (natural defenses), normal function of the circulatory system, normal blood cholesterol levels.
- The second part of the blend is Suan Zao Ren (jujube). A herb that Chinese traditional Chinese medicine practitioners have used for thousands of years in recipes for harmonious sleep.
- Gan Cao or licorice harmonizes the entire blend and promotes its absorbability.

Recommended dosage
Take on an empty stomach, approximately 1 hour before bedtime.
Persons over 15 years of age:
1 teaspoon of powder per day. Measure the powder with the provided spoon and mix in 2 dcl of lukewarm water.
Children from 3 to 15 years:
Half a teaspoon a day.
