Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule once a day, with sufficient liquid. Usually 1 capsule per day is enough, however some women need a higher dose. We recommend trying just one capsule a day for 3 weeks. If the effect is not sufficient, increase the dose to 2 capsules per day.
