Recommended dosage
Take 1-2 capsules daily for at least two months. Wash thoroughly with liquid (ideally plain water).
Combining
You can combine the dietary supplement with MOVit Marine Collagen Beauty Plus + Hyaluronic Acid 90 tbl. Collagen is a great helper not only for problems with hair, nails or skin, but also during menopause, when its natural production is reduced by up to half.
