Moccamaster KBG 741 Drip Coffee Machine
Select Black
If you love fresh filter coffee and plan to buy the very best home drip coffee machine on the market, look no further than the Moccamaster coffee machines from the Dutch brand Technivorm. They are one of the very few home coffee machines to meet the strict international standards of coffee institutions SCAA, SCAE, and ECBC. The philosophy of the founder, Gerald Clement Smith, was to create a high-quality coffee machine that simply makes the best coffee in the home environment of your interior. Today, after more than 50 years of experience, Moccamaster coffee machines prepare coffee that meets the Gold Cup standard. The problem with most available drip coffee machines is that they are unable to maintain a constant temperature between 92–96°C throughout the extraction process. The resulting coffee then lacks the expected flavour, a distinct body, and aroma. Freshly ground specialty coffee deserves a completely different, one-hundred-percent level of attention. And that's exactly what the Moccamaster KBG 741 Drip Coffee Machine in Select Black delivers, served on a silver platter. It will kick-start your day from the very first minute, set a pleasant mood for the entire day, and warm you up in body and soul.

Timeless design, irresistible features
A functional timeless designand absolute reliability make the Moccamaster the king of automatic drip coffee machines. The Moccamaster automatic drip coffee machine brews a full pot of coffee at a constant temperature of 92–96°C. This process best releases the flavour and aroma from high-quality fresh coffee. The beverage flows smoothly into the glass container. The even saturation of the coffee is then ensured by a special head with 9 holes. You don't have to worry about the complexity of the whole process either. The Moccamaster coffee machine has one button to turn it on and off and one button for the glass container warming function, to keep the coffee warm for longer. For a long 40 minutes, the coffee will have a pleasant temperature of about 80–85°C. Another reason why the Moccamaster KBG 741 is the top of the range drip coffee machine is that it was built on a straightforward idea - easy operation and excellent coffee every day, cup after cup. Moccamaster coffee machines are handmade in the Netherlands, where maximum emphasis is placed on the quality and origin of the materials.
The Moccamaster KBG 741 offers innovative features
The Select function is a great choice for those who do not want to prepare a whole pot of coffee at once. The new Moccamaster KBG Select model is certified for 6 and 10 cups, and you can choose between these options simply by using a switch. Simply switch the classic mode to Select and with the new Moccamaster you will enjoy the same strong coffee, but with half the volume. When you choose to brew six cups, the flow rate will be slower. The appliance has a warming function for the carafe to keep the beverage warm for a long time after filtration is complete.
A home drip coffee machine with professional-grade advantages
The Moccamaster KBG-741 drip coffee machine is the result of several decades of development and experience. It is a simple yet truly magnificent coffee machine. Thanks to its powerful copper heating element (1520W), the Moccamaster can bring water to the boil in seconds and conjure up up to 1.25L of perfect filter coffee in an amazing 6 minutes. The coffee has an exceptional taste, a full body and a rich aroma, as if you had just brought it from a luxury café. The Moccamaster drip coffee machine will delight you with features that will make its everyday use more pleasant. The Drip-Stop system reliably prevents coffee from dripping after you separate the carafe from the machine. After a certain period of inactivity, it shuts off automatically, saving electricity. For the correct indication of the water quantity, the Moccamaster drip coffee machine has a levelindicator in the machine. The coffee machine is suitable for families with higher coffee consumption or for smaller companies and cafés.
Correct coffee dosage
The correct ratio for preparing filter coffee in a Moccamaster is 60–70g of coffee per 1L of water. It is recommended to use freshly roasted coffee, ground immediately before preparation. This is the only way to achieve the best result with a distinctive flavour and an unforgettable aroma.
