The main ingredients of MOBIVENAL micro and MOBIVENAL micro Simple are diosmin (450 mg) and hesperidin (50 mg). Both diosmin and hesperidin are of natural origin and belong to the group of flavonoids. Both substances are contained in the preparation in micronized form, which increases the solubility and absorption of substances in the body. In addition, MOBIVENAL micro is enriched with aescin (horse chestnut extract) helping with heavy legs and promoting good blood circulation in small blood vessels.
What are Flavonoids?
Flavonoids, substances of natural origin, also known as vitamin P, are found, for example, in citrus fruits, arrow, vegetables, dark chocolate, teas, but also in red wine. Known representatives include hesperidin, diosmin and aescin. Aescin, an extract from Horse Chestnut, helps reduce the feeling of heavy legs and promotes good blood circulation in small blood vessels.
What is Micronization?
Micronization is a manufacturing process in which a gentle mechanical crushing of particles to a size of a few micrometers results in a several-fold increase in their surface area. Increasing the surface area of the particles increases the solubility and absorption of less soluble substances in the digestive tract. The average particle size of MOBIVENAL micro and MOBIVENAL micro Simple is approximately 1.8 microns, with 80% of the particles being smaller than 3.5 microns. For products with larger particle sizes, less of the substance is absorbed.

Dosage
The recommended dose is 1 tablet 1 time a day, with meals. The tablets are swallowed whole (not chewed) and washed down with sufficient fluids.
