MKF PC / Polycarbonate 1.75mm 1kg Black
Looking for an up-to-date printing material for your 3D printer? Then let us introduce you to the polycarbonate filament MFK PC. This material has immense potential for higher temperature range printing (240°Cto 270°C). Polycarbonate is very resistant to heat and very resistant to impact. To this day, polycarbonate is still one of the toughest and most durable materials used for the printing of 3D objects. Another advantage of PC is its natural UV filter. This means products printed with this filament can withstand sunlight without needing any enhancers. However, if you want to ensure greater durability of printed products, additives (such as UV stabilzers) can be blended in.
Key Features of MKF Filament

- PC has excellent thermal conductivity and UV stability
- Available in 1.75 mm
Improving the Properties of MFK Filament
Although polycarbonate is among the toughest materials currently available for 3D printers, you can blend in fillers to make it even better. For a higher-grade stiffness, glass fibers are sometimes added. Other common additives include ESCR and thermal stabilizers.
