Refresh your laundry and reduce the need for ironing by up to 50% with the SteamCare system, a feature of the MIELE WWG 880 WCS washing machine. The Freshen Up programme is ideal for refreshing laundry and effectively removes unpleasant odours, such as cigarette smoke. Meanwhile, the Pre-ironing programme significantly reduces creasing.
The best liquid detergent system at the touch of a button
Miele's TwinDos automatic dispensing system lets you save up to 30% on detergent while improving washing performance. This unique system uses two specially developed detergents, UltraPhase 1 and UltraPhase 2, which are precisely mixed according to the selected programme and the amount of laundry, ensuring tailored care and optimal cleanliness. For those who prefer to dispense manually, a classic detergent drawer is still available.
Honeycomb drum
The honeycomb drum structure provides the gentlest care for your laundry. A fine film of water forms between the drum wall and the textiles, allowing laundry to glide smoothly. The holes in the Miele washing machine drum are smaller and have polished edges, protecting your clothes from pilling and pulled threads. The wash tub is made of high-quality stainless steel.
Up to 50% time savings on ironing
The MIELE WWG 880 WCS washing machine boasts a Pre-ironing with steam programme, which smooths your laundry following the wash cycle. It effectively removes unpleasant odours, such as cigarette smoke, and significantly reduces creasing.

MIELE WWG 880 WCS washing machine with a flow meter
Some Miele washing machine models are equipped not only with automatic load recognition, but also with a flow meter. This precision system with an impeller can measure and control the water intake very accurately. This enables the appliance to save water effectively and contributes to economical and eco-friendly operation.
The right detergent for every application
Choose from a diverse range of Miele's special detergents and fabric softeners, such as ImpraProtect, Cotton Repair, or a Booster for tough stains. CapDosing capsules are made from 100% recycled plastic and contain a precisely balanced ratio of detergent that is released upon contact with water. This prevents under- or over-dosing. If needed, the capsules can be easily opened using the practical pull-tab.
Achieve brilliantly clean laundry quickly and efficiently
Discover a new standard of washing with the MIELE WWG 880 WCS washing machine and its PowerWash technology! Thanks to the innovative Spin&Spray technology, water and detergent are evenly distributed throughout the drum, ensuring faster and more efficient washing. It minimises the consumption of water, energy, and detergent while providing excellent washing results. In addition, the washing machine has a special QuickPowerWash programme, which achieves optimal washing results in just 49 minutes.
AddLoad
The AddLoad function lets you add any forgotten item of laundry even after the programme has started, almost until the very end. Accidentally put your black shirt in with the whites? You can easily remove it at any time during the washing process. To use this function, simply press the Start/Add laundry button.
Outstanding quality and long life with the MIELE WWG 880 WCS
Some car engines are tested for 3000 hours, but Miele tests the performance of its washing machines for up to 10000 hours. Testing runs day and night with a comprehensive and precise approach, so you can enjoy perfect results year after year.
Watercontrol System (WCS)
The Watercontrol System (WCS) ensures the washing machine's safety with an additional sensor that monitors the water level. If the water level does not reach the normal level, the system immediately stops the water inlet. In the event of a water leak inside the MIELE WWG 880 WCS, the inlet valve closes automatically and the water is pumped out. In addition, a float switch in the suds container can detect any water leakage, providing an extra level of protection.
Gentle care for every fabric
The MIELE WWG 880 WCS washing machine offers a wide range of programmes to care for different types of fabrics. For synthetic materials, there's a gentle programme that maintains their beauty and shape. Woollens are treated without the risk of shrinking or felting, while silk and other hand-wash textiles are washed with maximum care. The shirts programme reduces creasing and makes ironing easier.
