Mehrzer Konix's Metalac Pan is made of French stainless steel CrNi 18/10, which is known for its proven quality. It has a capacity of 1.9 litres and comes with a 16cm lid with a specially shaped handles that allow you to rest the lid on the handles, or to rest utensils there during cooking. These two handles are also made of stainless steel, and if not directly exposed to the heat source they will not become too hot. The great advantage of the Metalac range of pans is their slightly tapered shape, which means you can stack them inside each other, despite them being the same size.
In the manufacture of the Metalac pans Impact Bonding technology is used. This is an advanced process of hardening the three metal layers to a base thickness of 9mm, which provides even heat distribution and lower power consumption during cooking. Due to the thickness of the base, your food keeps longer hot, even after removal of the pan from the heat. Metalac pans are suitable for all types of cookers, and you can use them in the oven. Cleaning them is very simple and they are suitable for dishwashers.
