But plans for relaxation were dashed when simple curiosity turned into an investigation of an old case involving mysterious suicides. Karolína Suková goes to her native Jeseníky Mountains for a break. There, she meets, among others, the former detective Josef Vahala, who is still haunted by a case he investigated years ago – the suicides of three young girls and the unexplained disappearance of a fourth. What's more, the bodies were found on a hill shrouded in mysterious legends. Josef's doubts about the correctness of the original investigation infect Karolína, who tries to get to the bottom of the mysterious deaths.
