And it will not be a ride through a rose garden, on the contrary, the road will be quite thorny in places. The book is about three generations of women who are not exactly connected by warm relationships. Daughter, mother, grandmother. the transmission of fate from generation to generation, a vicious circle.
Blowing you into a lather stretches the reader to the very last moment. In the story you will find everything you are used to with this writer. Relationships, failure, Trust, treason, romance, sexuality and mental pain. Not an optimistic reading, but a fairly faithful transcription of the thought processes of a woman who has been in a vicious circle since childhood.

Radka Třeštíková
She was born on 13 May 1981 in Zlín. She worked as a corporate lawyer. Readers of Elle, Instinkt, Žena a život and Marie Claire first became acquainted with her texts. Her debut novel, Good to Me, was published in 2014, and her third novel, Bábovky, became a bestseller in 2016. The novel was made into a film in 2020. The detective novel Eight and the book Veselí were also extremely successful.
