She says she's my wife. But my wife died ... or not? Either she lies .... or me.
Three days after Christmas, a woman appears at Charing Cross Police Station. He has no cell phone or ID, just a piece of paper with the name of private investigator David Raker. She introduces herself as his wife Derryn.
When Raker arrives at the station, he is in complete shock. The unknown woman looks like Derryn, knows the details of their marriage, shared memories, and even describes their private conversations. But there is one problem: Raker's wife has been dead for eight years.
The woman claims that Raker mentally collapsed and succumbed to the illusion that she died, and a recognized psychiatrist confirms its version. Raker wants to refute her words with Derry's death certificate and other documentation, but… everything is gone. In addition, he soon becomes the main suspect in the case.
Was their marriage real? Or did Raker suffer from delusions all the time? Is this really the woman he loved and mourned? Raker finds himself escaping from the police and at the same time has to find out the truth before he loses everything: his memories, common sense and life…
