White Bridge

THE SEARCH FOR A DANGEROUS MAN TAKES A BRITISH INSPECTOR TO ATHENS.

While Europe is paralyzed by a wave of migration and the Islamic State consolidates its power in the Middle East, British inspector Elizabeth Ainsley obsessively searches for her nemesis: terrorist Thomas Metzinger.

After months of futile searching, a clue finally arrives from Athens. The Jordanian reporter has Metzinger' s symbolic language carved into his left arm and claims to have encountered God' s herald of the end of the world and must atone for his sins before the world is consumed by the flames of hell.

However, Ainsley is more afraid of Metzinger' s biological weapons than religious fanaticism, which would mean a real apocalypse in the hands of the Islamic State. But they have no idea that something much more terrifying is hidden in the depths of the Iraqi desert. Something that transcends the evolutionary boundaries of human consciousness and opens the gates to the very depths of hell.
