James Bridle

(born. 1980) is a British conceptual artist, writer and essayist. In his works, he focuses primarily on the relationship between technology, society, and knowledge. His articles regularly appear in newspapers and magazines such as The Guardian, The Atlantic, WIRED and The New Statesman. He made his book debut in 2018 with the internationally acclaimed book about the impacts of technology on society, Dark Tomorrows (Czech 2020). Ways of Being (2022) is his latest book so far.
